Who and What Are The EPCA?
The European Property Care Association is a source of knowledge, professional advice and support for firms specialising in property care, restoration and preservation, moisture management, underground waterproofing, condensation control and the control of timber infestation across the whole of Europe. The EPCA also offers practical advice and support to the general public and property owners on choosing and working with the right property care professionals and firms.
The EPCA is here to promote confidence and trust within our membership and throughout the associated property care industries and trades. As an industry association, we are committed to assisting our individual and company members in delivering their products and services with the highest degree of technical and professional expertise. In order to achieve and maintain customer confidence, we drive and monitor continuous improvement in member service delivery and standard of work, setting expectations for service delivery or product supply, with on-going performance monitoring and reporting.
